23KESC248 Experiential Wellbeing - Using Ordinary Everyday Interactions to Foster Emotional Balance, Resilience, Insight and Empathy (face-to-face)
Thursday, 23rd March 2023 from 4pm-6pm in Kildare Education Support Centre
This face-to-face workshop will explore how teachers can move from 'reactive' to 'responsive' interactions with pupils. It will look at the skills and scripts needed to foster ‘Emotional Balance, Resilience, Insight and Empathy’ through ordinary everyday interactions within the teacher-pupil relationship. This workshop is based on the research of Dr. Dan Siegel and Dr. Tina Payne Bryson.
