Health & Wellbeing - Webinar 5: Rest, Recover, Restore, Renew – Cozy Winter Self-Care Webinar

To complete our Wellbeing Series, we invite you to come away to a restful, restorative, comforting space as we move deeper into the winter season. Light the fire, pull on some cozy socks, grab a blanket, a warm drink and take some time out to:
- Rest and recover from the busy term so far
- Renew your energy levels so you can enjoy the delights of the season ahead rather than spending your break recovering from burnout
- Engage in some simple, enjoyable breathing and mindful practices that can easily be brought with you into your daily life, both at home and in school
- Revisit the nature of your role in education & the impact of that on your well-being
- Consider how your limited inner and outer resources can be mapped out onto a healthier and more balanced lifestyle
- Consider what self-care practice really means to you and engage in some connective work in order to feel more like yourself, which will benefit those you care for and work with
- Allow yourself some space to breathe and relax.

Ann-Marie has been facilitating PD courses, workshops, webinars and retreats for teachers, SNAs and school leaders in the area of well-being nationwide for over 12 years & is currently undertaking doctoral research in the area of teacher vulnerability and identity.
