Following on from Ignite Your Light, you are invited to pull up a chair and engage in this self-care practice with the intention of relaxing and rebalancing the body, mind and spirit. As an educator, the importance of looking after your own wellbeing is more important than ever. Suitable for all fitness levels and for those who are unable to access floor yoga. Bring some calm and quiet into your day and activate the relaxation response. Stretch gently while you reconnect with yourself through your movements and use your breath to rebalance the body, mind, and spirit. Chair yoga is beneficial in helping manage stress levels as it offers the same benefits of floor yoga.

Paula is a qualified chair yoga instructor and meditation teacher at Apple Blossom Holistic and is registered with the IMTTA. She is also a facilitator for Breathing Space Ireland and a Primary school teacher.
