21KE625 Mote - Post Primary
This course will introduce participants to the voice recording App called Mote. This App allows teachers to record their voices and provide feedback for students. Mote works with Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets. You can download Mote as an extension with G-Suite Apps and sign up to it for free.
Using Mote, you can:
- Leave unlimited voice comments and feedback on assignments via Google Classroom, Docs, Slides, or Sheets by clicking the mote symbol under the comments section.
- Record your voice for 30 seconds per comment using the free version or 90 seconds per comment using the paid version.
- Monitor student engagement on your voice notes on your account activity page.
- Mote will transcribe your voice notes into a typed version so that students can also read your feedback.
- Translate voice note transcriptions into multiple other languages.
- Save and download your Motes or add them to your Google Drive.
