Many candidates have superb qualifications and experience, but do not present an understanding of the impact of personal and interpersonal characteristics on the role. The presentation will explore the non-academic attributes expected of a candidate presenting for interview.
This area of self-awareness and interpersonal relationships in professional settings has increased in importance in recent years. An interview panel wants to know who this person is. What do they value? What impact will they have as a leader? Will they relate well and connect easily with colleagues?
What is a panel looking for and how can you prepare? This presentation is aimed primarily at people interested in applying for senior management positions, although the topic is relevant to middle leaders also.
Limited Places, so early booking is advised.
