This introduction to Restorative Practice will aim to offer a brief insight into the philosophy, motivation and skills to be a restorative practitioner. During these workshops we will explore how to develop restorative skills and how to cultivate a restorative mindset using restorative values, intentions and language. The first session offers an overview of RP, how it consciously builds relationships and outlines an introduction to the restorative questions. The second session will focus on developing EQ; on understanding, identifying and transforming difficult emotions such as anger and shame. We will explore restorative language and how it move from shame and blame to empathy and connection.
